Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided

By booking a session, you are engaging in a professional therapeutic or breathwork service with [Your Full Name / Business Name], a qualified counsellor and breathwork facilitator. Services include 1-on-1 counselling, breathwork facilitation, and integrative support. These services do not replace medical treatment or emergency psychological care.

2. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for their own physical, emotional, and mental well-being throughout and following each session. If you are under the care of a mental health professional, medical doctor, or psychiatrist, please consult with them before beginning breathwork or any complementary therapy.

3. Confidentiality

All personal information shared in session will be kept strictly confidential in accordance with Australian law and ethical guidelines, unless:
•    There is a risk of harm to yourself or others
•    Required by law (e.g. subpoena or court order)

4. Session Booking & Attendance

Sessions must be booked in advance. You agree to attend your scheduled appointment on time. Sessions missed without notice will be treated as a no-show (see cancellation policy below).

5. Code of Conduct

Respectful, safe, and appropriate conduct is expected in all interactions. Disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in termination of services.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

•    You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
•    Sessions cancelled within less than 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged in full, and no refund will be issued.•    If you are late to a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time and no time extension or refund will be granted.

2. Refunds

•    No refunds will be provided for completed sessions or for late cancellations.
•    If a refund is approved (e.g. in the case of double booking or technical error), it will be processed within 5–10 business days.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

If you experience a medical emergency or serious personal event, please contact us directly. Refunds or rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis with compassion and fairness.
